As an entrepreneur, Mr. Lai oversees the Group’s diversified commodity portfolio, specializing in strategic metals trading (gold, silver, copper). As a forward-thinking business leader, he advocates and invests in the development of varies financial software which cooperate with leading institutions. His commitment to advancing financial technology is evident through his active investments in cutting-edge software solutions that enhance collaboration with leading global institutions.

Mr. Lai obtained an MBA in Finance & Economics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2017, he concurrently pursues a Doctorate in FinTech at the same university. Mr. Lai continues to bridge the gap between academic research and practical application, driving the Group’s innovative strategies in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

Mr. Chan is a visionary digital & technology focused entrepreneur, renowned for his extensive experience in leveraging digital & technology to create transformative impact across Asia and China. As an award-winning Chief Digital Officer, Matthew has a proven track record of driving enterprise digital transformation and building digital-first businesses. He has held senior leadership positions, establishing and building digital capability & organisation from the ground up at prominent corporations.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Matthew is a committed advocate for technological advancement, actively advising and investing in over 30 emerging startups. Blending executive leadership with an entrepreneurial spirit, he empowers businesses to harness technology for meaningful growth and influence. Mr. Lam is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in the securities and futures industry. As the founding managing partner of 313 Group and CEO of 313 Capital Management, he has spearheaded numerous start-ups, driving innovation through product enhancements, operational restructuring, and market expansion. Renowned for his hands-on approach to corporate management, Mr. Lam is deeply committed to empowering start-ups to realize their growth potential.

In recent years, he has co-founded private equity and macro hedge funds alongside Sophisticated Investors, playing a pivotal role in high-stakes investment decisions as both a limited partner and fund manager. With a strategic focus on macroeconomic analysis, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and quantitative trading, Mr. Lam has cultivated a distinctive investment philosophy. His proprietary “Dimensional Investment Method,” developed through years of rigorous research and dedication, is designed to deliver consistent, long-term capital growth for investors.

Mr. Lee oversees the firm’s AI and digital programs. With more than 15 years of expertise in digitalization, AI deployment, and data analytics, Roger has held senior leadership roles across the financial and technology sectors. His career highlights include serving as Senior Vice President of FinTech and Ecosystem Expansion at a top Singaporean bank, Director of Greater China for Nvidia, and a data leadership position at Huawei in the UK. Based in the Hong Kong Bay Area, he has driven digital transformation and financial innovation at the executive level, delivering impactful results.

Roger is a Certified AI and Big Data Professional and FinTech Executive, accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. He holds an MBA in Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a Nanodegree in Machine Learning from Udacity in Silicon Valley, and is currently pursuing a PhD in FinTech at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
